WEEEE!!! We finally got outta the cold and headed south for Spring Break. It wasn't balmy there or anything - in fact it poured the entire way down there and we ran into some snow on the drive back. But we did get a few days of sunshine while we were there. And some much needed beach time as well. I'll try to post a little each day since I have some awesome photos to share.
To start, driving to San Diego from Bend, Oregon is no small feat. It was at least 8 hours of driving each day, over the course of 2 days with MANY stops. Mind you we had a large dog and a 3 yr. old that needed LOTS of potty breaks and leg stretching. Here's a couple of photos from some random stop in Central CA:
