On Saturday we received the long-awaited approval letter from immigration. It took exactly one month and now we're pre-approved to bring a foreign orphan into the U.S.! Our next step is to get everything authenticated by the state of Oregon. Wednesday I'll cruise to Salem to take care of this final step on our paperwork list. Then it's out of our hands and starting its journey toward Ethiopia! Crazy, isn't it? :)

Oh my GOSH!!!!!! Congrats, that is great! Another step closer. Now that you have yours I know that they really do come and it's not a myth. In the meantime, I'm still stalking my mailbox waiting for mine.
