We received our adoption packet today - OMG!!! The massive amount of forms is overwhelming! But I talked with Radu (the director) today and he said we can get things started with just a few forms. We just need to chip away at it (medical forms, criminal check, financial forms, reference forms, autobiography, letters to Ethiopia, etc. etc.), one by one over the next couple of weeks. Looks like we've got our work cut out for us!
