Last week we took a road trip to Arizona to see Grandma Lola and Uncle Ryan and Aunt Shelly. We stayed at a beautiful resort in Phoenix, the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. It was amazing to spend a couple of days laying by the pool in 80 degree weather. In a couple of pics you will notice a group of teenage girls gathered around Weredesh. We called this her "entourage." Weredesh has this amazing magnetic personality that can literally attract groups of people. Because of this, she has not difficulty making friends wherever we go. We wonder if this is a momentary thing that has something to do with her age and how doggone cute she is. She is also very unique with her Ethiopian gorgeousness, and I think other children are attracted to this. But boy it really gets to her head sometimes and it's up to mommy and daddy to keep her grounded. :) A fabulous spring break getaway!
