the happiest girl on earth

Where better to take the happiest girl on earth for her birthday than "the happiest place on earth?" And boy are we exhausted. We celebrated Weredesh's FIFTH birthday this weekend (all weekend!). Uncle Ryan visited on Friday night and then we got up Saturday morning and drove to Disneyland! What an epic day! Weredesh had the time of her life (and Cory and I hadn't been there in over 20 years, so it was pretty awesome for us too :) And what was Werdesh's favorite ride? Thunder Mountain Railroad. One of my all-time favorite roller coasters! She's quite the daredevil considering she just met the height requirement for that fast ride. That's my brave girl...

Then on Sunday, we had a family gathering here at the house with Mexican food, chocolate cake and presents. We celebrated this birthday like rock stars! And boy am I feeling it today...
