we took Weredesh out for her first Ethiopian dinner! The bonus was that we got to meet up with Tania and Sabah. We met Tania and Sabah (one of Weredesh's orphanage mates) while staying at the guest house in Ethiopia. I had previously chatted with Tania through emails and blogging (you can see Tania's blog HERE) before our travels. We adopted through the same agency. She lives in Portland, so we will be able to visit now and again and keep the girls connected. Sabah is about 6 months younger than Weredesh. So cute together!
And it turns out Weredesh HATES Ethiopian food. Who would have guessed? She hates pretty much EVERYTHING except mac 'n cheese, grapes, and Pirate's Booty. :) (I might be exaggerating a little, but not much...) Here's some photos from our visit with Tania and Sabah at Mudai (YUMMY Ethiopian food, by the way...)

Great Pictures. I love the one with the girls kissing, and the one with them looking out the window together. Cute girls.
It was great seeing you guys again. We will definitely have to keep in touch throughout the years to keep these girls connected.
Oh, and I'm so glad that the surgery went well!
