I still can't download any pictures onto Blogger for some reason...ugh. And I'm not sure what the accessibility of the Internet will be once we reach Ethiopia. I've heard it's spotty. I'll try to check in, but not guaranteeing anything...

on to ethiopia!
This is our last night here in Amsterdam and tomorrow we move on to Ethiopia to meet our baby girl! Unbelievable. Our plane leaves tomorrow around 10 am and we will arrive around 11 pm tomorrow night. We make a stopover in Sudan. A driver will pick us up at the airport in Addis Ababa tomorrow night and take us to the orphanage guest house. I believe we meet our daughter Sunday morning. Our embassy appointment is on Monday and we spend the rest of the week at the orphanage guest house spending time with our baby and exploring the city. We sure look forward to the warmer weather - it's been in the low 70's in Addis Ababa, compared to the low 40's here in Amsterdam. Right now my fingers are FROZEN from all the walking we've done out in the damp cold.
