So, I like this story...
I was talking to Elsa at Sabre Travel last week, finalizing the details of our trip. They've been awesome, by the way. And she needed our baby's name for the ticket. I told her her name was Weredesh and I could hear her on the other end of the phone repeating her name quietly over and over. Then she says "that means she comes from the sky." I was like "WHAT! How do you know that?!" She said, "I'm from there, from Ethiopia." That just blew my mind. For one, all I could hear was a voice on the other end and so I really had no idea who I was talking to, and two, I think it amazed me that she knew the meaning of her name after a split second of thought. From what I understand, Weredesh is not a common name.
How many names do you know the meaning of? Like, if someone were to give you a name out of the blue, such as Lisa, could you tell me the meaning of it? That struck a chord in me and still awes me a week later. Wow. Very cool. Lots of people ask me if we will be changing her name. Are you kidding me???

She is getting bigger. I am a bit selfish i have to admit, when they send me pics, I am glad that our girl is getting healthier but I also dont want her to get too big before we get there!
Can you believe that you are getting ready to go pick her up???? Wow, you are in my prayers!
