I'm it! I've been tagged by Amber!

7 random things about me...

1. When I was around 12 or 13 yrs. old, at one time we had 1 horse, 1 turtle, a couple of goldfish, 2 peacocks, 3 dogs, 3 goats, 10 or so chickens, and 20 cats! Did I forget anyone? Oh, maybe a few random rattlesnakes who made the mistake of making our home their home...

2. And because of these damn rattlesnakes, I once got hit in the face with a rattlesnake head! Our neighbor had come over to kill a rattlesnake in our yard. He chopped off the head, and afterwards he had the head in a shovel and wanted to show me what the fangs look like. Well, as I bent over, the head jumped up and hit me in the face! The nerves were apparently still active. Good thing it didn't latch on to my face with those fangs!

3. Goats are one of my favorite animals. I LOVE goats!!!

4. When I was a kid, my mom used to make me liver and onions, chicken livers, and kidneys! And I loved it! There's no way I could stomach that stuff now. Yuk.

5. Okay, enough country girl stuff. I've been to THREE Metallica and THREE Queensryche concerts. And I'm not even really a fan of that kind of music. Well, there's a few songs I'll rock out to...

6. I am EXTREMELY fearful of standing on ledges or edges of anything high up. Maybe that's because when I was in high school, I witnessed someone falling from a 14-story balcony onto the cement. Yikes.

7. One of my closest friends I met through the Internet. We talk (email) practically daily about everything and anything and we've only met ONCE! We've been close friends now for 10 yrs (?) Oh, another thing, I'm HORRIBLE at remembering dates...
