Jack Frost

We love this time of year when everything finally starts thriving and looking lush and healthy.  Basically, it's right before everything starts dying because night frost sets in.  Like the pink cosmos over by the stone wall?  Yep, they got fried last night.  We had a pretty heavy frost.  Isn't it still August?  (at least for 3 more hours).  Just wanted to share these shots of the backyard.  Is that a sleeping getting-ready-to be-dad husband in the hammock?  We're not ready for cold weather yet!!!
