Referrals and Court Dates
I'm not sure how many of you pay attention to all the other blogs on my list, but many many families have received referrals for babies recently and court dates as well. But what I've noticed is that referrals are coming as soon as 10 days and as late as 5 months. Court dates have been ranging anywhere from next week to the middle of October. Now that's a strange system...makes me wonder if there really IS much of a system in place. Tells me that you just can't predict WHAT'S going to happen in a third world country. All you can do is be patient and W~A~I~T.......

do you happen to know anyone traveling to Toukoul soon? I'd love for them to check and send pix of our little one...
I know it is crazy. Radu can't explain it. We just talked to him, but he said not to worry. Also, unfortunately we are stuck in the court closures now. From August to end of September they close for rainy season, so if you or I get a referral now, we will be waiting until October to go to court :(. At least our kids should be home for Christmas :).
Gosh I don't Kenly, but I'll keep my eyes open!
